"My wife and I were redoing all of our landscaping in the front of our home. We hired Paul to grind stumps from the old trees and shrubs. Paul had originally told me he couldn't make it to my home until the late afternoon on the day scheduled. I asked him if there was any way he could come in the morning and he did, which was a very pleasant surprise. He was just a very pleasant person (which is a rarity!).
